Formalisation of a joint venture with Fortress Investment Group. Through this partnership, properties and loans from FGH Bank and FMS Bank were acquired, representing approximately 125,000 sqm of office space in total. The combined acquisition volume exceeded €200 million.

Acquisition and upgrading of an office portfolio from Hatfield Phillips, consisting of 11 buildings with a total size of approximately 30,000 sqm.

Acquisition of a residential building on Clavecimbellaan in Rijswijk, consisting of 160 apartments with a total size of approximately 17,000 sqm.

Redevelopment of the International Dance Theatre on Kloveniersburgwal in Amsterdam. The monumental inner-city building, comprising approximately 3,000 sqm, was redeveloped with respect for its historic setting.

Acquisition of approximately 130,000 sqm of land with 55,000 sqm of logistics and warehouse space in Zevenaar, complemented by the acquisition of an approximately 3,000 sqm office building. The locations were redeveloped into a combination of residential and logistics/warehouse use.

Acquisition, revitalisation and sustainability upgrade of Eindhoven City Hall at Stadhuisplein, comprising approximately 12,000 sqm. The revitalisation was carried out in collaboration with the municipality of Eindhoven. The building was later sold to Patrizia Gewerbe Invest.

Acquisition of the SBZ portfolio, consisting of 13 properties including warehouses, residential assets and offices, with an investment volume exceeding €100 million. The GDV/PDV location in Vlaardingen, comprising approximately 12,000 sqm, was sold to Patrizia Gewerbe Invest.

Acquisition and redevelopment of the MEAG office portfolio, consisting of six office buildings owned by Münchener Ergo Versicherungen with a total size of approximately 60,000 sqm. The Amsterdam part of the portfolio, around 38,000 sqm, was sold to Delta Forte.

Acquisition of an approximately 18,000 sqm warehouse complex in Nijmegen through a sale-and-leaseback transaction with Interchem.

Acquisition of 275 residential units in the greater Soltau region, Germany. The portfolio represented a further expansion of the German residential activities.

Acquisition of a portfolio of 700 residential units in Berlin, Germany. Following an extensive redevelopment, rental income increased by 35%. The portfolio was sold to Deutsche Wohnen in 2012.

Redevelopment of the Hillside office building on Hogehilweg in Amsterdam Southeast, comprising approximately 3,800 sqm. A 10-year lease agreement was signed with Pecoma, after which the project was sold to a group of private investors.

Inner-city redevelopment of the Aurora office building on Stadhouderskade in Amsterdam, comprising approximately 9,500 sqm. Several tenants were relocated to optimally accommodate anchor tenant Tommy Hilfiger. A new 10-year lease was signed with Tommy Hilfiger, after which the building was sold to an Irish pension fund.
